Wednesday, October 31:

  • 8:00 am- 8:00 pm - Set-up of the Convention Center Arena, Vendors’ area, and Registration/Credentials will begin

Thursday, November 1:

  • 8:00 am – 8:00 pm - Set-up of Convention Center Arena, Vendors’ Area, and Registration/Credentials continues
  • 3:00 pm - GGC officers and Past Most Worthys will begin arriving and move in to the hotels
    • Renaissance Worthington
    • Omni
    • Sheraton
  • 3:00 pm - Pages/Courtesy Cars meet their officers & Past Most Worthys

Friday, November 2:

  • 7:00 am - Pages/Courtesy Cars begin their duties
  • 7:00 am - Buses begin running
  • 8:00 am – 11:30 am - Tour A 
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 noon - Vendors move in
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 noon - Various drill practices will occur in Convention Center Arena:

Friday, November 9:

  • 8:00 am – 4:00 pm - Bobbie White’s Arrangements Committee completes tear-down of Arena and moves out of  Convention Center
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 Noon - Pages/Courtesy Cars on duty
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 Noon - Buses running 8:30 am – 4:00 pm - Bobbie White’s Schools of Instruction will occur at the Omni Hotel  November 9
    • Tri-Lines at 8:30 am – noon
    • Subordinate Chapters - 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
